About Glen

First of all, I am not a millionaire, and I do not have everything in life figured out. Sorry!

However, I do consider myself incredibly fortunate. I was born and continue to live with good health and vitality. In fact, a good portion of my time is spent on improving this area of my life.

It is the fuel that drives everything else I get to do, be and accomplish.

Unfortunately, my father was not so lucky. I grew up watching him suffer from a multitude of health challenges.

That was tough and also frustrating.

He never played football with me.

Or took me fishing.

Or joined in the father-son days at school.

It was not that he did not want to, he just did not have the energy or overall health to be able to.

But even more difficult for me was watching an intelligent and loving man unable to fulfil his passion and provide for us, the people he loved in the way I know he would have wished.

That was hard to witness.

However,

Even though I did not realise it growing up, my father subconsciously gave me the greatest gift he ever could.

From his suffering, I developed the belief that my health and vitality was the most important thing for my success and happiness in life. My ability to perform at a high level consistently was the key to my being able to provide for those I love in a meaningful way.

Guess what?

I was right!

Thanks Dad!

It is now my privilege to help heal, energise and optimise the most valuable asset you will ever have... Yourself!
