This act which is often a subconscious reaction is based on how you FEEL in the moment. The decisions you then make based upon how you FEEL determine the trajectory your life path will follow. Therefore, if how you FEEL determines your success then surely you want to FEEL your BEST!

 

Over the last decade, I have immersed myself in the worlds of human optimisation, health coaching, functional medicine lab testing, high-performance coaching and biohacking. All with the intention of up-levelling my own personal and professional life. I now want to pass on the best of what I have learnt and seen work for myself and others via my R.E.S.P.O.N.S.E™ blueprint. A specifically designed system for professionals like you to create the energy, focus, productivity, wellbeing and mindset that you not only deserve but need to take your life to its full potential.

 

The R.E.S.P.O.N.S.E™ blueprint focuses on the following key areas:

 

R Rejuvenation - To live and lead at your best you have to make sure you are filling your vitality tank up and not just burning through your resources. This is the key to long term success and fulfilment in professional and personal life. This module will help you learn and implement the practices of rejuvenation so you can move through your days consistently with energy, enthusiasm and focus.

E Exercise - As simple as a walk or as complicated as an obstacle course race. Every professional needs some form of exercise to attain and then maintain peak condition in body and mind. This module will give you exercise options that are right for you and your lifestyle.

S Supplements - From everyday essentials to occasional enhancements. Supplements are a key part of optimising your unique biology giving you the tools to perform when you need them most.

P Philosophy of Life - Your personal blueprint on life and success. This internal lens of how you perceive the world will determine how you achieve your professional and personal goals. Therefore, it makes sense to deliberately design this aspect of your life. In this module that is exactly what we do. We create our new lens of the world through a practical philosophy you design for your life.

O Overwhelm, Anxiety and Stress - As a professional, you will encounter stress, anxiety and overwhelm. It's part of the deal! However, you can learn to manage them with a greater sense of ease and calm. This enables you to lead and work towards your successes with a sense of balance and focus.

N Nutrition - Food is energy and information. Sadly, although food is information there is so much misinformation about food out there. In this module, you learn what works for you to provide the fuel to fire you towards your goals.

S Success Habits - Sometimes we are doing "all the things" but not seeing the results we want. Habits are important but the right habits are key. This module will explore the habits of many successful people that I have had the privilege of learning from and how you can implement the same success strategies into your own life.

E Environment - Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. However, your outer world does have an impact on your inner world. In this module, we go into the effect that external toxicity has on your internal world and your overall ability to perform. We learn how to mitigate the effects to help you feel the best you have ever felt and operate at a higher level than ever before.
